At Awinteck Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality and reliable software solutions to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our products and services. By engaging with our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the service or software delivered does not match the agreed-upon specifications.
  • If the project is cancelled before any substantial work has been initiated.
  • If duplicate payments are made due to a technical or processing error.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • When the client has approved and accepted the completed project or product.
  • When work has commenced and resources have been allocated based on the agreement.
  • When delays occur due to client inaction, lack of communication, or incomplete information.
  • For digital products or licenses that have been delivered and activated.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, clients must send an official email to info@awinteck.com within 7 days of the payment date. The request must include:

  • Proof of payment
  • Reason for requesting a refund
  • Relevant project details or contract reference

4. Refund Processing

Once your request is received, our team will review it and notify you of the outcome within 5–10 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as otherwise agreed.

5. Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed and resources used up to that point.

6. Payment Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute, Awinteck Solutions encourages clients to contact us directly before initiating any chargebacks. We are committed to resolving all concerns amicably.
